Florida fishing licenses are covered through By Land & By Sea Charters.

Payment

$100 deposit is required to reserve your date(s).
Balance is due at the end of the charter.
Credit card payments are subject to 3.5% service charge.

Cancellation Policy

By Land & By Sea Charters requires 72 hour notice for cancellation. Trips cancelled inside of 72 hours require a 50% charge of the booked trip. No Shows will be charged in full.

Weather is the constant variable and we monitor conditions constantly to provide safe and productive fishing. If we deem the weather un-fishable or dangerous and need to cancel, there is no charge.
